Our Background
Perez Construction Group, Inc. is a 100% minority, veteran-owned and operated construction & construction management firm located in downtown Los Angeles.
Founder James Perez, a decorated and honorably discharged Marine Corps veteran, has extended his dedication to service and perfection past the Marine Corps and into the construction industry. With over 15 years of experience in various facets of construction and construction management, he has overseen numerous segments of Public Works construction ranging from light rail transportation, highways, hospitals, airports, school facilities, and utility companies.
This extensive experience has provided the opportunity for Mr. Perez to develop a vast knowledge of project management, project scheduling, estimating, quality assurance/control, project safety, financial/cost control, project close-out, claim analysis, and most importantly, client retention. As a result of this extensive industry knowledge and experience, Mr. Perez ambitiously perused the next step of cultivating clients organically and developed Perez Construction Group, Inc.
